Manufacturing Engineer 

• Experience using LEAN, Six Sigma, etc. for cost saving/production improvement initiatives
• Evaluate tooling, Scrap and Rework cost, determine root cause and corrective action to reduce cost
• Complete improvement projects to address the root causes of cost increases
• Participate and lead design review initiatives for new products
• Oversee a team of plant personnel and take charge of development and training
• Lead or assist in the implementation of continuous improvement and Kaizen projects 

Automation Technician 

• Maintaining machines and equipment for daily runs to be met
• Troubleshooting machine functionality issues
• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Blueprint reading experience
• Preventative maintenance
• Multi-craft maintenance technician
• Hydraulic/Pneumatic equipment mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Welding/Fabrication experience
• Light experience troubleshooting PLCs (Minimal programming)

Machine Builder

• Assemble prefabricated parts to form subassemblies 
• Read and interpret blueprints, illustrations, and specifications to determine layouts 
• Fasten or install piping, fixtures, or wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or subassemblies, using hand tools, rivet guns, or welding equipment  
• Complete production reports to communicate team production level to management
