Maintenance Technician 

• 8 Years of overall preventative maintenance experience

• Experience with high voltage electrical (480V, 3 Phase) and troubleshooting PLCs 
• Has worked on several types of production equipment including lathes, powder presses, robots, turning machines, grinders, etc.  
• Capable of troubleshooting or installing the equipment 
• Team Lead experience with up to 10 individuals directly reporting 

CNC Operator 

• 6 years of CNC Setup experience

• Can setup Siemens and Fanuc machines

• Experience working with Blueprints, editing codes, and preventative maintenance on machines

• Uses Swedish gauges, micrometers, depth gauges, height stands, indicators, and calipers for measuring and quality checks daily

Manufacturing Engineer 

• Extensive experience and training with PFMEA, Continuous Improvement and Principles of Supervision 

• Experienced with lean manufacturing, work instructions, and time studies within manufacturing 

• Extensive experience with CNC machining and ability to program 

• Ability to design tooling in solidworks and decrease cycle times
