CEO and Co-Founder
Stephanie Randall is the CEO and Co-Founder of Talent Strategy and is passionate about aligning the organization to meet the demands of client’s talent needs. She is focused on growing the organization at Talent Strategy, and maintaining a culture that is productive, merit-based, offers a healthy work/life-balance, and provides significant opportunities for anyone willing to put in the effort. Prior to founding Talent Strategy, Stephanie worked at a regional technology firm and recruited top talent for the company. Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in business communications at Calvin University.
