Stephanie Harrold
CEO and Co-Founder
Stephanie Harrold is the CEO and Co-Founder of Talent Strategy and is passionate about aligning the organization to meet the demands of client’s talent needs. She is focused on growing the organization at Talent Strategy, and maintaining a culture that is productive, merit-based, offers a healthy work/life-balance, and provides significant opportunities for anyone willing to put in the effort. Prior to founding Talent Strategy, Stephanie worked at a regional technology firm and recruited top talent for the company. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in business communications at Calvin University.


John Randall
President and Co-Founder
John Randall is President and Co-Founder of Talent Strategy. He has high goals for the company, brings positive energy throughout the organization, and is focused on scaling the business. John works closely with the senior leadership team, and helps the company expand into new geographies and lines of business. As a previous commercial/middle market banker, John has industry experience providing capital solutions to companies, and he is now dedicated to workforce solutions. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton School of Business.


CJ Bol
Director of Manufacturing
CJ Bol is the Director of the Manufacturing Division at Talent Strategy. He brings nearly 20 years of experience working with manufacturing companies across the United States. His extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations allows him to understand the skills and experience needed for each position. CJ is focused on developing and implementing new and effective strategies to attract top talent for his clients. He received his bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Grand Valley State University.


Kurt Burmeister
Director of Banking
Kurt Burmeister is Director of the Banking Division at Talent Strategy. He brings over a decade of experience, cultivating valued relationships throughout the United States that deliver results for both candidates and clients. He is focused on overseeing his department’s overall performance, and creating strategies that help scale the division. Kurt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management, with a minor in communication & leadership from Hope College.


Ashley DeBoer
Director of Marketing
Ashley DeBoer is the Director of Marketing at Talent Strategy. She is passionate about helping both our sales and recruiting teams grow their lines of business in unique ways, while helping clients and candidates alike advance their businesses and careers. Her focus is on creating opportunity through enhancing and integrating multiple recruiting platforms into the business. Prior to Talent Strategy, Ashley worked in Marketing at a regional technology firm and promoted hardware, software, and managed service offerings. Ashley received a Bachelor of Science degree in communications, advertising, and public relations from Grand Valley State University.


Troy Grove
Operations Manager
Troy Grove is the Operations Manager for Talent Strategy and leads the organization’s operational initiatives. He is focused on systems, reporting, organizational structure and is passionate about driving results while providing support to the business. Troy is a career finance and operations professional holding numerous leadership roles in both publicly traded and family-owned manufacturing and agricultural corporations. He received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Phoenix.


Elisabeth Reus
Finance & Human Resources Manager
Elisabeth Reus is the Manager of the Finance and Human Resource Department at Talent Strategy. With over 30 years of accounting and human resource experience gained from working in various industries throughout her career, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Within Talent Strategy, Elisabeth’s responsibilities encompass overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing the HR Department, and ensuring that the strategies employed in both these departments are in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization. Her primary focus is on establishing and maintaining organizational structure, financial planning, and enhancing employee engagement within the company. Elisabeth’s educational background includes a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Phoenix.
