Compensation: $16.00/hr
Location: Openings in Grand Rapids, Southfield and Kalamazoo offices
Job Description:
Screening resumes in order to identify qualified applicants for our open positions
Maintain contact with applicants, including providing position details and general information about Talent Strategy
Assist hiring teams with coordinating calendars and scheduling candidates for interviews through various methods.
Collaborate with recruiters daily to discuss needs and tasks to be completed
Provide support on recruiting projects including reporting, research, and other tasks as needed
You will develop an understanding and appreciation for the entire sales process and have the opportunity to add value and see actual results during your internship
Work with inside sales team to prospect new business through cold calls, warm leads, and collaboration with colleagues to exceed daily and weekly goals
Develop your sales skills while working alongside of our experienced, high performing sales team
Work directly with customers to understand their business operations and educate them on how we can add value to their organization
Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Associate’s program
Illustrates professional behavior in a business environment
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Stellar interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
