Project Manager

Work Duties included but not limited to:
- Work closely with Project Coordinator to track and organize projects.
- Work closely with manufactures and vendors.
- Provides excellent customer service both internal and externally with job site scheduling, as well as any order updates or delays.
- Conducts job site conditions survey along with obtaining field dimensions for custom items.
- Facilitate equipment releases and shipping across multiple projects to align with project schedules.
- Provide phone and email communication daily.
- Front end review of all Submittals related to project.
- Maintains cloud-based file storage for multiple projects.
- Optimizing and improving processes and overall approach where necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
