Maintenance Technician
Pay: $28-30/hour
Shift: Rotating 12 hour shift (3 days one week, 4 days the next week, OT available)
Location: Wyoming, MI
Job Responsibilities-
- The preventative and predictive maintenance includes the following equipment: Blow Mold presses, Injection Mold presses, Production conveyors, Material Granulators, Hydraulic trim presses, Production jigs, fixtures, finishing and testing equipment
- Repairing and troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, mechanicals
- Must understand importance of quality requirements by maintaining, repairing, and adjusting equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Advise supervisor or manager when spare parts are used for repairs
- Create and generate requisitions if required
- Organize spare parts
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures
- Carry and enforce workplace safety guidelines
- Ensure work instructions are followed
Required Work Experience & Skills-
- Proficient in Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and electrical
- 3+ years experience as Maintenance Tech
- 3+ years experience in Automotive Manufacturing
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Read and understand electrical wire diagrams and read machine blueprints
