Machine Operator
Pay: $18-21/hr
Shift: 1st shift
Location: Holland, MI
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery and equipment according to specific instructions and guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure efficient and accurate production, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of products, checking for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to specifications.
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to prioritize tasks and optimize production processes.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Complete production logs, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance job-related skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, sharing ideas and suggestions to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machines, tools, and surrounding environment.
