Job Responsibilities
Setup, maintain and operate a CNC multi-station machining center. The job function may consist of operating single axis or multi-station CNC controls, automated welding, calling up programs, making minor adjustments, drilling, reaming, turning, chamfering, tapping, milling, piercing and similar operations on a variety of part sizes.
- teamwork and convey a genuine interest in supporting the lean production philosophy. Set-up and operate a variety of equipment in the plant as required. Maintain acceptable levels of performance as measured against work cell benchmarks. In addition, provide input relative to continuously improving the overall production performance of the work cell. You will be held accountable for knowing, understanding, and adhering to the Escalation Policy designed for this position.
Required Work Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent, with manufacturing experience preferred. Must successfully satisfy the established job qualifying criteria, as well as successfully completing verification process.
