Warehouse Team Lead
Pay: $21 to 22/hr
Shift: 12 hours from 6pm to 6am.
Rotating 3-2-2 schedule (on 3 days, off 2 days, on 2 days, off 3 days)

Job Description:

• As Warehouse Area Leader, you lead by example, working alongside as well as supervising Forklift Operators and Material Handlers on the night shift.
• Manage Forklift Operator / Material Handler daily activities, assuring the team is achieving safety, quality & productivity standards. Coordinate & prioritize work assignments & training, guiding and developing Warehouse Associates
• Monitor warehouse operations, assuring product flow for daily requirements are met, forklift fleet is properly maintained, issues are resolved and & improvement opportunities are identified.
• Work alongside the team, operating a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas, as well as load finished goods to ship to customers.

Requirements:

1. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
2. Must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a warehouse or shipping and receiving department. Specifically in Manufacturing.
3. Must have good interpersonal skills and experience leading and training others on shift.
4. SAP exposure would be helpful for this role as well. But general Microsoft office is a must.
