Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Expands client relationships by communicating product changes, addressing client needs, and answering technical questions
•Provides sales support for the Business Banking and Retail groups through training and joint calling efforts on existing and new business opportunities.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet time critical deadlines.
•Develop effective strategies for maintaining and growing new and existing customer relationships to achieve established objectives.
•Coordinate customer service delivery and relationship management to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach.
•Sales role to include cross-sell and new business development.
•Self-sourcing new deposit relationships in the public fund and school corporation arena.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
•Tracks sales and program performance.
•Maintains current knowledge of external conditions including competition, demographics, and regulatory requirements to ensure client needs are met.
•Provides statistical analysis, initiates projects and processes to improve efficiency.
•Exercises judgment and discretion with respect to client relations and problem resolutions.
•Ability to manage large business portfolios and account relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:
•At least 5 years of proven success in direct sales in Treasury/Cash Management capacity.
•Strong financial analysis experience with new and existing Business Banking relationships.
•Excellent presentation skills.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Proven ability to develop strong partnerships with associates, prospects and current clients is essential.
•College Degree Required.
