Pay: 23-25/hr
Shift: 1st 7-3:30 pm

Responsibilities:
-Conduct quality assurance related activities
-Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve products or processes to meet established quality standards
-Create Standard Operating Procedures
-Create and conduct audits on Corrective Actions, Problem Solving Worksheets and 5S
-Conduct RMA inspections and document findings in CASE
-Conduct time studies to determine Operational Availability for machine and production capacities
-Update Recut Reduction and Quality boards
-Providing customer quality database (CASE) administration and continuously improve upon it
-This includes data entry, data analysis, and preparing detailed assessment reports and recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:
-Manufacturing: 5 years
-Bachelor's Degree

Notes: Below questions must be asked when screening questions and included in submission email!!!!

• What are some of the tools you would use to determine root cause of a quality issue? (Answers we are looking for: Fishbone Diagram, 5S, A3, Is/Is Not chart, etc. We are looking for familiarity with basic quality tools.)

• Give me an example of a time where you identified a quality defect. (We are looking for people who can describe the steps to a quality process they used.)

• Walk me through how you plan your day/week. How do you decide what to work when you arrive at work? (We are looking for very self directed individuals)
