Pay: $90,000 – $100,000

Shift: Day shift with additional responsibilities as necessary

Job Responsibilities

• Manage plant maintenance program 
• Oversite of machine maintenance and facilities maintenance team supervisors
• Work cross-functionally with plant management team to ensure efficient processes and maintaining machine up-time
• Develop procedures and methods to improve productivity with cost savings 
• Responsible for conducting monthly department meetings and ensuring all employees are adhering to company standards
• This position will ultimately be 75% in office, 25% out on the floor as needed

Required Work Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in a leadership position within maintenance 
• Experience with maintenance software (should have experience implementing new software to drive maintenance department results)
• Comfortable establishing and driving KPIs including team development/leadership for trades team
• Strong team-building and leadership skills
• Prefer Journeyman Card and BS Degree but flexible based on past experience
