The chosen candidate will manage the human resources function in our Walker office, collaborate with the North American human resources team, and act as a key member of the management team to plan and problem solve in support of organizational goals.

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in Human Resources
  • MUST have prior experience in manufacturing environment 
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with all aspects of HR including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations and legal compliance
  • Strong project management experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including occasional international travel
