Shift: 2 on 2nd, 2 on 3rd 
Weekends: Depending on production

Job description: 

  • Must have the ability to review layout data and read various forms of gages in order to validate the parts are being produced to customer requirements
  • Must have a back ground in CNC equipment in order to make corrections as needed
  • To work within guidelines of the company rules and guidelines to comply with MIOSHA standards
  • Ability to trouble shoot the production cells if down time would occur 
  • At times this person may be asked to run the equipment in a production setting
  • Tooling and fixture changes will be required
  • Will be part of the team that is responsible to meet or exceed production targets
  • To always be looking at ways to improve processes to increase productivity in a controlled setting. Kaizen and CI teams will be a big part of our improvements
  • To maintain the equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner
  • The ability to read layout data, gages and dedicated measuring equipment is needed
  • Perform all PM’s to the equipment as assigned
  • Documentation must be filled out in a legible and timely manner such as document changes to machines or programs and a daily shift turnover log
  • Training of team members will be a big part of the job


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Past experience in operation of machining and assembly equipment is a plus
    • CNC’s
    • Siemons controls
    • Fanuc robots
    • Basic electrical skills
    • Basic hydraulics’
  • The ability to read Siemons operator panels to run equipment and trouble shoot as needed
  • Past experience in automotive production environment is beneficial
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime to be available to three (3) shifts
  • Able to work to blueprints would be beneficial
  • Able to use standard hand and measuring tools
  • Must be able to understand written instructions
