  • Experience with majority C&I deals, has some CRE/Construction as well
  • Completion of timely quarterly reviews and problem asset reports for troubled loans/clients
  • Extensive experience driving loan growth, managing credit and customer retention
  • Education; MBA
  • Compensation; Negotiable, currently $132k base, 18% bonus currently, 100% remote

Treasury Management Officer / Treasury Administration

  • Treasury Management
  • Experienced with CRE and C&I clients
  • Formal Leadership experience (over a team of 5)
  • Education: MBA
  • Salary: recently was at $100k base

Credit Manager

  • Formally Credit Trained
  • Deal Types: Works on CRE and C&I deals
  • Deal Sizes: $200k-$60Million with the sweet spot being $5-$20Million
  • Education: MBA
  • Comp: looking around $200k base

Commercial Lender

  • Types of Deals: C&I, CRE, SBA, Construction
  • Deal Sizes: $500K – 10MM overall, sweet spot is $500K – 1.5MM
  • Managed commercial loan portfolios from $15MM – 50MM
  • Formally Credit Trained
