Sr. Workout Officer 

  • Led the Special Assets division at Bank
    • Manages $10MM portfolio at Bank; Managed around $80MM at Bank
    • CRE and C&I experience
  • 15+ years of commercial credit; 10 years of special assets experience
    • Avg deal size $3MM; up to $25MM
    • Financial/legal risk evaluation, underwriting, annual reviews, etc
    • Formed the litigation strategy for Bank
  • Education; B.S. – University
  • Compensation; currently at $145k and 9.5% bonus
    • Targeting $160K+

 

Cash Management Officer 

  • Certified Treasury Professional
    • Sold cash management in multiple states
    • 15+ years in treasury/cash management sales
    • Experience in cross selling cash management products to small business to Middle Market size businesses
  • Education; M.B.A. Finance – University
  • Compensation: currently at $135k Base + 25% bonus
  • Experienced with CRE, C&I, Construction, and SBA deals
  • Experienced with deals up to $35Million, sweet spot around $1-5Million
    • They also previously had signing authority up to $1Million
  • Recent C&I experience was working with clients in the $2-$10Million annual revenue range
  • Formally credit trained through RMA
  • Experienced with credit analysis, underwriting, putting together packages, presenting deals, loan structuring, loan origination, annual reviews, covenant testing, financial reporting, etc.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree from University
  • Target Compensation: would be comfortable at $100k, but could negotiate some too

Portfolio Manager 

  • Experience in Underwriting, credit analysis, syndications, risk, structured finance, relationship management, lending, and cash flow analysis
    • Mainly C&I underwriting background
    • Understands lending from recent experience
  • Up to $50MM Underwriting Experience
    • Managed $100MM Portfolios
    • Averaged $20MM in loan production over last 3 years; $3-5MM average deal size
  • Education; M.S.F. Finance –University
  • Compensation; $120k Target

 

CRE Loan Officer

    • Deal types; CRE, C&I, SBA
    • Deal sizes; $250K-7MM
    • Annual goal is $11MM, meets or exceeds annually
    • Education; Bachelor’s Degree
    • Compensation; $125-130k base desired

C&I Loan Officer

  • 15+ years of commercial banking experience
    • C&I and CRE experience
    • Deal size experience up to $70MM
    • Company revenues around $60MM  
    • President of the Risk Management Association
    • Formally credit trained
  • Averaging $25MM-$40MM in loan production
    • $120MM Portfolio  
    • $6MM average deal sizes recently at Bank
  • Education; M.S. Organizational & Strategic Leadership – University
